The crispy rolled biscuit and La Trinitaine have a long story! In 1955 in La Trinité-sur-Mer, the pastry chef Lucien Petit made a mistake during a recipe. Instead of throwing away the dough, he decided to roll it.A 100% delicious invention then came out of the oven: the crispy rolled biscuit. In a nod to the women of the town who loved his new creation, Lucien Petit named it "La Trinitaine": our biscuit factory was born!
