Exciting! The word that no doubt best describes the story of La Trinitaine.
Great to work for! Most of our staff swear by it!
Our departments
« I'm Marie-Joëlle nd I started in October 1976. First, I worked on the production line and now I manage the sampling proccess. I've seen some big changes in my time: new machines, methods and ways of organising the work, for example. »
« I’m Philippe, and I’m in charge of IT. It’s my job to source the appropriate IT tools, and to make sure they work and develop in line with all of the departments in the company. As part of that, I work with all the relevant people on a variety of issues. »
« I’m Elodie, and I’ve been with the company for 5 years. I began my career in the HR department and now I run it. I advise and support the managers and staff on everything to do with managing and developing human resources. »
« I’m Sophie and I joined the company in 1998, as an export sales assistant. Over the years I’ve seen the company grow, particularly on the international front. It’s a pleasure to work on a daily basis with foreign clients and adapt our products to their requirements and demands. »
« I’m Michel and I’m in charge of store network logistics. I’ve been with La Trinitaine for 37 years. I began as a lorry driver. I now oversee store logistics. Thanks to my varied experience, I’ve been able to improve delivery methods. »
« I’m David and I manage the lab. I started in July 2016. As a baker and pastry chef, my main task is to communicate my passion and know-how and the high standards of the profession to my teams. »
« I’m Vanessa. I’m 29 and I’m the Distribution Management Controller. After four years packaging the galettes, I joined the administrative team in 2010 on a vocational contract. I took over the management of a project designed to implement an IT solution for retail. That experience led to the creation of a Distribution Management Controller’s position.
« I’m Magali, and I’ve managed the Saint-Philibert store since 2013. I’m in daily contact with our clients – regulars, holiday makers or foreign tourists. I love showing them all our Breton products fresh from the factory. »
« I'm Carole and I began as a quality assistant before becoming a packaging supplier. My experience in quality and my familiarity with the regulations make me more efficient when it comes to updating packaging and referencing our own suppliers. ».
« I’m Céline, and I started as part of a work experience programme in 2013. I’m now a junior product manager. I’ve been lucky enough to see and be involved in major changes in the company, such as the introduction of tools for our sales teams or the development of new ranges and product offerings. »
« I’m Julie and I started on a work experience contract in 2012, where I set up partnerships with French associations representing disabled workers. I’m now on a permanent contract and I work with 4 disabled colleagues. We’ve also set up an in-house workshop to cater to a team and their supervisor. »
« I’m Marina and I started in the purchasing, negotiating and networking department in 2012. My work involves getting out to meet the men and women we work with, scouting out new artisans and communicating their stories for the benefit of our boutiques and our customers. My day is made up of working with people, researching and analysing in order to anticipate and meet their needs. »
